Spring Cupcake Decorating

Join Amanda for a hands-on seasonal cupcake decorating demonstration! You will learn about the basics of icing and piping techniques such as writing messages, making borders, and other decorations. You will then have the opportunity to practice these various techniques and designs while decorating four cupcakes.

This session will focus on spring themes like blooming flowers, running rabbits, and sunny days. These classes are designed for beginners aged 16 and older. All supplies will be provided and you are encouraged to bring aprons or clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.

Amanda Mausolf is a lifelong baking enthusiast who has been cake decorating both personally and professionally for over 10 years. She lives in Hamburg, New Jersey and works in a public library where she has hosted programs like this before. She also presented two well-attended and well-received programs on cake decorating at the Hackettstown Free Public Library in 2023.
