Hackettstown Declared Its Favorites on Its Library’s 110th Anniversary

The Hackettstown Free Public Library was founded in 1913 by the Town Improvement Society, which later became the Woman’s Club of Hackettstown. It was founded as a “free” library, in contrast to paid or subscription libraries that existed at the time.
