The Hackettstown Free Public Library offers online digital literacy learning options for our patrons. Whether you are just starting to use the computer, looking to brush up your skills on Microsoft Excel, or interested in becoming certified for UX Design, we have something for you.

    • Through the Hackettstown Free Public Library and Coursera, gain job-ready skills you need to launch or advance your career in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, IT Support, Project Management, or UX Design. A limited number of invitations are available so act fast if you’d like to be enrolled in our program.
  • GCF Global Learning
    • Offers more than 2000 lessons covering such topics as Microsoft Office, social media, and email. Also includes lessons in languages other than English
  • Tech Boomers
    • Includes step-by-step tutorials for the most popular websites and apps around, covering such topics as social networks, online shopping, travel, and online dating.
  • DigitalLearn.org
    • Provides self-directed courses that build digital literacy skills and confidence using technology. These online courses are offered in both English and Spanish and cover topics including email, navigating the Internet, and using common applications.
