Lighthouses of New Jersey (POSTPONED)

Learn all about the beacons of New Jersey! This program will detail lighthouse history, structure, and characteristics while also touching on the keepers, governance, and purpose of these majestic lights. This event is for adults, teens, and children ages 6 and up. Coloring and activity sheets will be provided for young learners.

Marilyn Dunning and Alan Jacobson are volunteer presenters for the New Jersey Lighthouse Society. They have been sailors for many years on the Chesapeake Bay, in the Virgin Islands, and in New England. They take tours throughout the United States and Canada to visit lighthouses on land and in the water.
