Did you know that the NJ State Library has one of the few law libraries open to the public in the state of New Jersey? We have a dedicated staff to specifically handle all of your legal questions. Please join Librarians Kelsey Allen and Cynthia Lambert for an introduction and overview of the Law Library and what it has to offer. They will cover Law Library staff services, basic holdings, special collections, and electronic resources. Bring your legal notepad!

Kelsey Allen has been with the NJSL Law Department since 2019, shortly after graduating from Drexel with her MLIS.  She began her library career in 2008 at her local library, working in several positions before continuing her education.  Kelsey enjoys cosplay, fiber arts, and snuggling her guinea pigs in her spare time.

Cynthia Lambert joined the NJSL Law Department in 2017 specializing in NJ Legal Research. She has been a librarian since 2008, working in the public library sector before joining NJSL. Prior to becoming a librarian, she was a financial analyst for Dow Jones Indexes. In her spare time, Cynthia loves to read, knit, and to talk about reading and knitting.
