Makerspace
Thanks to a generous grant by the Hackettstown Rotary, the Hackettstown Free Public Library is able to offer Makerspace services to the public. We have 3D printing, a Cricut machine, a light table for children, coding devices for kids, and more!
3D Printers
The Hackettstown Free Public Library offers 3D printing services to patrons. Patrons can upload designs of their own making or find and upload a design from websites like:
The 3D printer usage is available by appointment only. Laptops are available to those looking to design, search for, and upload the print file while at the library.
3D Model Submission
All models must be submitted through the portal below and a staff member will help you print it or you can simply pick it up from the library once it is done being printed. To submit a print to one of our 3D printers, please click on the image to the right to enter our Intagly portal. This portal accepts .stl, .3mf, .obj, .step, .stp files only. You can also choose a model from our online Intagly catalog.
Due to the cost of 3D printing, there is a charge to print items based on filament usage.
