Effie will give a presentation about the customs and cuisine of Greece, its connection to ancient culture, and how it carries over to modern-day Greece.
Guests will also get to sample and receive recipes for two different versions of the Greek cookies known as “koulourakia” – one made with butter and other dairy and its vegan version made with olive oil and spices.
This program is for all ages, children must be accompanied by a guardian.
