Governor Murphy Unveils Multi-Stage Approach to Execute a Responsible and Strategic Restart of New Jersey’s Economy

5/19/20: N.J. reveals multi-stage coronavirus reopening plan. We’re in Stage 1.

New Jersey’s COVID-19 Information Hub includes valuable resources and information for families, workers, and employers who have questions or needs arising from the current crisis.

New Jersey COVID-19 Dashboard: The dashboard has been updated to provide more information on scope of the virus and hospitalizations, including the number of patients hospitalized, discharged, in critical care, in intensive care, and on ventilators, along with data on statewide ventilator capacity, numbers of positive/negative tests, and more.

Testing Sites: There are currently 66 COVID-19 testing sites across the state, including State-sponsored and private facilities.  Visit the website to locate a testing location, check specifics on how to get a test, and the hours of operation.

On behalf of the Hackettstown Free Public Library, we want to thank the community for your ongoing support of the library.

In light of the rapidly evolving situation regarding the COVID-19 virus, the Board of Trustees has decided to close The Hackettstown Public Library until further notice.

We would like to remind you that you can use our website to renew your library materials, download digital content and use the library’s databases.

The M.A.I.N. Library Consortium has suspended library fines on all material effective immediately through April 30.  M.A.I.N. has also increased the number of digital downloads (eBooks and eAudiobooks) available to each patron through May 31.

Be smart.  Be safe.  Stay informed by regularly consulting the Centers for Disease Control and the NJ Dept. of Health. WASH YOUR HANDS!
