Apply for a Library Card - Hackettstown Public Library

Register for a library card online to access all of our e-resources, and pick up the card the next time you’re at the library. Proof of Residence*
Current identification with a Hackettstown street address must be provided. You can provide this below as an electronic upload. Types of acceptable identification are: driver’s license or registration, mail received at street address with postmark included, tax records, or utility bill. Post Office Boxes are not acceptable proof. Students aged 13 and up can upload a current school ID, a letter from the school stating the enrollment period, or a report card as acceptable proof (if these show a street address). Any applicants under the age of 18 must still have a parent/guardian visit the library to sign a registration form before a card is issued.
