Young Writers Workshop

Join Ms. Megan for 5 weeks of creative writing and drawing! Children will be given weekly writing prompts to get their creative juices flowing and will then have one hour to write their own stories, poems, jokes and riddles, biographies and more! Illustrators are welcome and encouraged to join us. Completed works will be collected and printed in an anthology that will be available for check-out to the public. All writing supplies will be provided by the library, and each participant will receive one copy of the anthology. This program is recommended for children ages 8 and up who already posses basic writing skills. Registration is required!
